Sing-On/Retention bonus: Pursuant to an agreement between the company and your union, if you remain an employee in the Green Bay Plant's Maintenance Department, you will receive a sign-on/retention bonus in the total amount of $5,000, less applicable taxes and deductions, to be paid equal installments of $2,500.
