ul style="margin:0pt;padding-left:0pt">Adheres to Safe Work practices, coordinates responsibilities and oversees the general maintenance, both electrical and mechanical of equipment involved in bacon manufacturing process, including but not limited to, injection, cooking, tempering, molding, slicing and packaging equipment. Conducts preoperational inspection and handles maintenance concerns of Production Supervisors to make sure operation begins as scheduled.
