Practical application of Process Safety, OSHA, and EPA regulations Knowledge of chemistry and engineering principles; supervisory/management skills; problem and decision analysis Set priorities to respond to customer needs and business strategy, including meeting Schedule Adherence targets Review financial statements and data to improve profitability; prepare and control operational budgets Provide guidance to and manage production scheduling activities Experience with OEE, working knowledge of CI skills including Lean and Six Sigma; Green or Black belt preferred Manufacturing experience in the aerospace sector desired Good communication skills as interface between site (shop floor through management) and other business functions, including Customer Service, Sales, Demand Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and key customers Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills Solid leadership skills and ability to manage vertically and horizontally Ability to deal with ambiguity and set priorities; initiative and self-motivation Experience in a global, matrixed organization preferred Use of SAP, LIMS, and other math/engineering programs as needed Presentation skills, both oral and written, including communications to personnel at all levels and third parties Fluent in English (verbal and written) Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship now or in the future Effective, logical, independent, and superior engineering analysis and reasoning capabilities. The ADMAT Manager Production will provide oversight to the day-to-day operations of the Los Angeles facility, focusing on production and packaging activities.
