Summary of Key Responsibilities Manage the contract life cycle process for the U.S. legal team using an integrated procureto-pay system Assist with the processing of contracts from overseeing status and responding to queries from business owners, manage document execution through DocuSign and ensure accurate record creation and contract filing in the contract database.
