Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) plus years of experience monitoring federal/state grants, community development programs or contracts, and five 95) plus years with the administration of HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and other federal or state grant programs, including knowledge of related statutes, regulations, policies and processes.
