Assesses job scope and complexity to assign priorities and resourcing needs; coordinates and verifies material and equipment availability; secures permits and environmental clearances; validates designs are complete; develops switching or outage plans; prepares job sites with pre-staged materials and traffic control; and manages field paperwork and safety documentation including EWPIS, switching orders, and hot line holds. Oversee the day-to-day execution of outsourced lighting work by coordinating contractor activities, directing them to ensure safe, compliant, and timely completion of assigned work, and initiating corrective actions while escalating any safety, quality, or performance issues that require supervisory intervention.
