Interviews and hires qualified staff to provide adequate student supervision, as outlined in the written program guidelines, provides necessary training for all ASP staff, provides ASP staff with up-to-date emergency and pick-up information, regularly monitors and observes staff and gives them feedback, verifies that background checks are completed for all staff, supports and assists staff with parent and teacher communication, verifies that staff and volunteers adhere to program guidelines, verifies that staff complete behavior, incident, and accident reports. Maintains communication and other records to adequately document all accident, incident, and behavior reports, when necessary makes the Director of Student Life, Grade Level Administrator and/or Head of School (or her designee) immediately aware of accident, incident and behavior issues, and prepares reports as requested by Administration.
