WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Bachelors degree in scientific, biomedical, health, or regulatory field with 6 years of direct experience or a masters degree with 4 years of direct experience Experience working with or a member of IRBs and/or Human research protection programs Well organized Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to deliver effective presentations Comfortable speaking with a wide range of technical experts Can handle ambiguity and drives to seek clarity Expertise in research ethics and knowledge of federal regulations regarding human subjects, including HHS and FDA Preferred experience: Certified IRB Professional Experience with sport science research (biomechanics, perception, physiology, and behavior) Database use and management (AirTable, Excel, etc.) WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON: You will help maintain a robust program of an ethical innovation and research program in Innovation. You will oversee twice-yearly trainings and records management Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum required years of experience: 5 - 7 YOE in the human research protection word Education requirements: Bachelor's degree is required, specifically in scientific, biomedical, or health Must have skills: Experience working with Human research protection programs (expertise in research ethics and knowledge of federal regulations regarding human subjects, including HHS and FDA) Well organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to deliver effective presentations Comfortable speaking with a wide range of technical experts Nice to have skills: AirTable would be great to have, though not required
