The Assistant or Associate Director, Counseling Practicum Experience within the Office of Field Placement and Partnership Outreach provides operational oversight for field-based experiences across the Mental Health Counseling, School Counseling, and School Adjustment Counseling programs at the Lynch School of Education and Human Development. Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, provide high-quality service, and build effective collaborative relationships with students, faculty, supervisors, community partners, and external stakeholders.
