The Senior Portfolio & Program Manager, Operational Technology & Engineering is responsible for the integrated portfolio of Operational Technology & Engineering (OT&E) initiatives across controls, central monitoring, OT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, and automation, ensuring programs are sequenced, governed, funded, and transitioned to operations as one connected roadmap rather than as separate projects. It does not replace technical owners: engineering owns design, architecture, and engineering acceptance, while this role owns portfolio governance, integration, and transition to operations, and recommends sequencing, funding, and prioritization decisions to leadership.
