Develop guidelines to ensure consistent application of public relations management for public engagement meetings, ribbon-cuttings, groundbreaking ceremonies, 3D video renderings, meeting management (e.g., moderators, question-and-answer support, technical speakers, etc.), rehearsals, and flyer or sign distribution. If required, assist Harris County in holding meetings with establishment owners, the public, HOAs, committees, municipalities, and stakeholders to discuss the work's progress and the steps going forward.
