Provide direct supervision, coaching, mentorship, and leadership to the Undergraduate Program team of four staff members and student temps, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, managing performance, and supporting professional development to ensure effective advising, student success outcomes, and addressing the needs of students and department. Organize events that meet the needs of varied student populations at different stages in their undergraduate careers, including orientation sessions, commencement, holistic student success and wellbeing programming, career fairs, alumni panels, and research forums.
