The Regulatory Compliance Manager also acts as a primary technical liaison with external laboratories, certification bodies, regulatory agencies, industry associations, suppliers, and customers to obtain and maintain approvals for products such as pumps, heaters, sanitizers, controls, filtration products, lighting, automation, and related pool and spa systems. This hands-on leader establishes the compliance strategy, infrastructure, processes, tools, and documentation controls needed to support both domestic and global markets across the full product lifecycle-from concept and design input through certification, production release, sustaining engineering, design change control, and post-market support.
