Responsibilities: · Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate job sites or pick-up/drop-of locations · Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal teams via phone, text, and dispatch software · Monitor driver locations and job status using GPS tracking systems · Adjust routes in real time due to delays, weather, or customer changes · Maintain accurate records of daily operations, driver logs, and service documentation · Ensure compliance with DOT and company regulations · Handle service requests, emergencies, and driver issues promptly and professionally · Collaborate with eet managers and logistics coordinators for equipment availability Qualications: · High school diploma or equivalent (required) · Prior dispatching experience in hauling, transportation, logistics, or trucking (preferred) · Strong knowledge of local and regional geography · Procient with dispatch software, GPS tracking, and basic computer applications (e.g., Excel, email) · Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills · Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure · Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Schedule: · Expected hours 40-45 per week · Weekends and nights as needed What.
