Required:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering, or another technical discipline2+ years of experience supporting program or project management activities in a Project Management Office, consulting, or industry environment2+ years of experience gathering, documenting, and managing business or functional requirements2+ years of experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or Jira2+ years of experience supporting agile, traditional, or hybrid software development life cycle deliveryAbility to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred:2+ years of experience supporting Human Capital technology implementations2+ years of experience coordinating activities across cross-functional project teams2+ years of experience developing project schedules, status reporting, and risk logsExperience supporting testing, training, and deployment activities for technology-enabled projectsExperience working with executive stakeholders and client decision-makersProject Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or comparable certification.
