The Program Manager acts as the central point of coordination across Executive Leadership, Product, Technology, Data Science, Model Risk, Risk, Compliance, Legal, User Experience, and Operations teams to drive prioritization, decision-making, stakeholder alignment, governance approvals, and successful delivery of business outcomes. Model Governance & AIRR Management: Coordinate end-to-end governance activities required for AI-enabled solutions, including AIRR reviews, model onboarding, model changes, model documentation, control validation, risk assessments, approval tracking, and stakeholder alignment to support successful deployment and ongoing compliance.
