Reporting to the Director, Global Legal Services - Government Contracts, Privacy, and Strategic Projects, and Global Data Protection Officer, this position advises on a broad range of commercial contracting, privacy, government contracting, and corporate governance matters. For a successful candidate meeting performance expectations, the total cash compensation during the first year is targeted at $140,000 to $160,000, comprised of a target bonus, depending on experience, of $40,000 to $60,000 (tied to the Company''s operating income) and the base salary of $100,000.
