The ideal candidate will bring deep domain expertise in life and annuity products and a strong understanding of the Third-Party Administrator (TPA) ecosystem, including platforms such as Policy Admin system, New Business, Underwriting rules, Post issue Workflow, Portals, document management systems, policy conversions, and operations. This includes identifying opportunities for AI-driven automation and analytics within ongoing projects, collaborating with data science and engineering teams, and ensuring AI solutions are integrated seamlessly into existing platforms and workflows such as LifePRO, LDS, portals, and operations systems.
