In this Management and Program Analyst position, the employee serves as the project manager to one or more programs or projects supporting functions under Business and Employee Services which includes, facilities, construction, logistics, fleet, travel, space management, realty, workforce and personnel management, analytical and functional requirements and activities associated with key human capital management functions. FOR THE GS-14 LEVEL: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience (equivalent to the GS-13 level) that may have been obtained in the private or public (local, county, state, Federal) sectors which demonstrates: Providing advisory and coordination support to leadership by serving as the primary point of contact for assigned work and ensuring clear communication across programs and stakeholders.
