Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: Utilizing Atlassian Jira to oversee information technology projects to support software advisory and implementation services for clients in the Financial services industry; Evaluating technology needs of an organization and managing the development of profitability and growth strategies utilizing capability maps, performing Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) analysis and Value Stream Mapping (VSM); Managing and delivering components of engagements that identify, design, and implement creative business solutions for large companies; Leading stakeholder and communications management processes, including risk and issue escalation and executive reporting; Overseeing the planning of engagement scopes, project budgets, staffing, and managing project economics to ensure maximum project profitability, utilizing Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework and adopting Agile ceremonies, estimation, and project management techniques; Leading, developing, and delivering business development activities, including client proposals, pricing and Statement of Work (SOW) creation, responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP), point of view development, and eminence; Overseeing the project responsibilities of cross-functional onshore and offshore team members to ensure efficient completion of project tasks, utilizing Jira in SAFe framework, Microsoft (MS) Microsoft Project, Teams, and Excel; and.
