Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Business, or related field; 8+ years of technical program/project management experience; technical background in RF, microwave, mmWave, photonics, semiconductors, advanced packaging, EW, communications, space electronics, or related technologies, experience managing cost, schedule, performance, risks, resources, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects; experience developing schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and cost estimates; demonstrated success supporting, winning, or executing government-funded technology programs; strong executive communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Oversee execution of internally and externally (including government agency or customer) funded technology development projects; track cost, schedule, technical progress, risks, resources, and deliverables; coordinate with engineering teams and leadership; develop dashboards, forecasts, and status reports; lead project reviews and action tracking; manage technical proposal development, compliance, cost modeling, BOEs, and pricing submissions; coordinate contract administration, negotiations, reporting, and closeout activities.
