You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Technology, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Technical Support, and Field Service, providing the program leadership needed to move sophisticated wafer processing equipment from product definition and engineering development through validation, design release, and production readiness. You will anticipate risks, facilitate critical decisions, remove barriers to execution, and establish the cross-functional operating rhythm needed to successfully transition products from development and validation into a repeatable, manufacturable, and supportable production environment.
