Manage dependencies between agile teams, vendors, operational teams, and projects following project delivery methodologies * Ensure technical debt, operational readiness, documentation, security requirements, and support-transition activities are incorporated into project and sprint planning 3. Change Management * Assess organizational impacts * Develop implementation plans track organizational readiness * Coordinate communications * Support user adoption Skills * 10+ years of project management experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity or cloud transformation projects * Proven ability to operate at both the project delivery and program oversight levels, managing multiple concurrent projects and dependencies. * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills; able to operate with minimal direction and drive resolution when gaps arise * Technical fluency across infrastructure, security, networking, hardware, software, and enterprise architecture domains * Skilled in cross-functional communication, including the ability to influence without direct authority and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences * Experience working across multiple IT functions, navigating cross-team dependencies, and balancing competing priorities * Experience working with both internal technical teams and external vendors or service providers * Ability to work effectively in both structured and ambiguous environments.
