The Senior Preconstruction Manager is responsible for creating cost models, estimates, reviewing and advising staff estimates, training, value analysis, and sales/marketing. Some things you can expect to do: Support the development, architectural, and construction team with preconstruction expertise including estimating, value design, costs, project schedule, procurement, project pursuits, and sales acumen.
