This role will work closely with Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Contracts, Manufacturing, Test, and other functional teams to develop detailed estimates, resource plans, technical schedules, and cost forecasts necessary to support program execution. Track technical workstreams against established cost, schedule, and resource plans, identify variances and constraints, evaluate impacts from changing requirements or scope, and communicate risks, forecasts, and required actions to cross-functional stakeholders.
