7+ years of progressively responsible experience administering and configuring Veeva platforms, including security, roles, groups, workflows, lifecycles, document taxonomy, object configuration, reporting, user management, and release impact assessments, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry. Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence management-level audiences, collaborate across business and technology functions, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
