Role and responsibilities: End-to-end program ownership: Own overall delivery across multiple infrastructure workstreams, including the integrated plan, critical path, milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, resources, financials, contractual commitments, and customer outcomes. The role is accountable for turning multiple tower-level plans into one executable program, with a credible critical path, measurable milestones, clear ownership, disciplined governance, controlled scope and financials, and evidence-based reporting.
