Key Responsibilities of this role include: Planning, directing, and overseeing all contractor personnel, resources, and deliverables to ensure performance objectives are met on schedule and within budget; Serving as the primary point of contact between the contractor and the Sponsor''s Contracting Officer Technical Representative (COTR) and Government Task Manager (GTM); Developing and maintaining the Program Management Plan, Monthly Contract Status Reports, and other program-level deliverables in accordance with contract requirements; Managing a large, dispersed team across multiple specialty areas, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, personnel qualifications, and adherence to security and compliance requirements; Identifying and mitigating programmatic risks, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous process improvement across all contract task areas. The ideal candidate has experience managing large, dispersed teams within the Intelligence Community, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to drive performance in a fast-paced, operationally sensitive environment.
