Working across estimating, scheduling, CAD and detailing, project management, construction management, and business development, the Preconstruction Manager drives the team to a single, focused submission covering scope, schedule, budget, panel placement, and execution strategy. Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, the Preconstruction Manager leads value engineering and constructability reviews, keeps the pursuit fast and focused, and represents Suntec to developers and general contractors.
