This individual works with physicians/APP, peers, community colleagues, and others to orchestrate care across the health care continuum, to identify opportunities to continually improve patient care and services, to improve population health, and to achieve collaborative practices that exemplify MultiCare Health System’s commitment to patient centered care and community engagement. MultiCare Covington Medical Center, a four-story, 58-bed hub, serves southeast King County with inpatient and outpatient surgical care, a birth center, primary and specialty care, urgent care, 24-hour Emergency Department, pharmacy, lab and imaging services.
