The position will manage a team of professionals responsible for the Correspondent Conduit product, pricing, funding, liquidity and related operational activities, while partnering closely with Business Development, Sales, Finance, Investor Services and other members of the Fay Investment and Servicing Leadership Team to implement loan purchase strategies that support the firms financial objectives. Through its network of specialized subsidiaries, Genstone offers property management, renovations, business purpose lending, real estate brokerage, title and escrow, home financing, and insurance services, as well as whole loan trading and the acquisition and sale of closed, performing mortgage loans.
