Partnership: Experience collaborating with Product, Test, Dev-ops, and Agile/Scrum teams • Collaborative Leadership: Lead and collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., product owners, project managers, technical leads, architects) to define project requirements, leveraging an understanding of tradeoffs and project costs. Develop and maintain back-end services using Java and Spring Boot, design and develop test automation frameworks, maintain CI and CD pipelines, conduct performance and load testing, and write automated test cases.
