Our portfolio includes over 100 LEED Platinum projects as well as dozens of projects that have either achieved or are pursuing the Living Building Challenge, Passive House, Architecture 2030, Carbon Neutral, Net Zero Energy, and Net Zero Water. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a solid understanding of plumbing, HVAC, and fire protection systems, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office, and familiarity with UPC, IPC, NFPA, and IBC.
