The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating communications, managing implementation activities, and ensuring hotels and vendors are prepared for successful migrations. The OHIP Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating the complete transition of hotels worldwide from OXI platform systems to OHIP within Opera Cloud environments.
We have successfully performed engineering work for a complete spectrum of utility infrastructure projects providing solutions and construction support from Coast to Coast in areas ranging from complex urban city centers, to rural greenfields, to limited access rights-of-way. This senior management role involves leading teams to identify all project risks and develop mitigation strategies while working on challenging assignments that include investigating, troubleshooting, and solving a wide variety of engineering and construction-related issues.
Review original estimates and analyze total proposal packages, proactive pre-job planning including: design development, conceptual estimating, scheduling, bidding, buyout, contracts, project team communications and team building. * Timely handling of client and subcontractor issues, RFIs, change orders, pay applications, monthly cost analysis and reporting.
