You will work at the intersection of healthcare operations, technology, and consulting, helping hospitals and healthcare organizations improve how they schedule, assign, and manage clinical staff while supporting better operational and patient-care outcomes. In this client-facing role, you will partner directly with healthcare organizations to understand their operational challenges, design effective workflows, configure and implement Clairvia solutions, and guide customers through successful adoption.
