BS degree from an accredited engineering school and a minimum of ten (10) years of engineering experience with at least five (5) years in project management, or a MS degree from an accredited engineering school and a minimum of nine (9) years of engineering experience with at least five (5) years in project management experience or a PHD degree from an accredited engineering school and a minimum of seven (7) years of engineering experience with at least five (5) years in project management experience.
