5+ years of Project Management experience with a contractor or owner/developer * Multifamily renovation experience involving amenity, lobby, and exterior scopes * Experience with ground-up commercial or multifamily construction projects * Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Bluebeam, and related construction software * Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or similar field; Spanish proficiency preferred. $130,000-$155,000 base salary + bonus * Health insurance and performance-based bonus program * Direct access to executive leadership with strong career growth potential * Potential fuel reimbursement based on project travel requirements.
