Key Responsibilities:Development, implementation and lifecycle management comprehensive training programsCreate essential materials such as manuals, presentations, and Plans of Instruction (POIs)establishment and facilitation of a comprehensive training libraryConduct training sessions for GSSE personnelEnsure that GSSE team members acquire the necessary skills to effectively train end users on both SOF, and Joint Staff Programs of record, as well as unit-sponsored commercial technologies upon request. Collaborate closely with site leads, the Master Trainer identifies unit-specific training needs and tailors solutions Oversee rigorous evaluation of training program effectivenessRequired Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience in technical support position and Operational or Intelligence Community (IC) operations, platforms, functions, and terminology experience.
