Learn the process, methodology, and tools for deploying the initiative in the various NAO plants (i.e., resource planning, skill assessments, timing, funding, lessons learned, roadblocks, training, and so on). Lead the various team members to identify which use case are applicable for the plant, create the plan including timing, feasibility, funding, implementation, and maintenance (all projects' phases) with in the expected time frame.
