Experience: Five (5) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience leading complex projects, strategic initiatives, process improvement efforts, or organizational change initiatives, preferably within a nonprofit, healthcare, education, human services, or child welfare environment. The SPM drives project execution, fosters collaboration across stakeholders, manages timelines and resources, and monitors progress and outcomes to ensure strategic priorities are effectively translated into measurable results and lasting mission impact.
