Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root-cause-analysis skills, including: Proven troubleshooting and repair skills and the ability to perform high-voltage electrical, mechanical, and preventive maintenance on buildings and material-handling equipment (including conveyors, motors, sensors, controls, and related systems). You will lead the maintenance team, develop preventive and predictive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs and outside contractors, manage maintenance costs and spare-parts inventory, and work closely with Operations, Safety, Engineering, and other departments to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
