Provide oversight and ongoing administration of condition management and musculoskeletal health programs, including Livongo Diabetes, Hypertension, Weight Management, and Pre‑Diabetes programs, as well as Sword Health Thrive virtual physical therapy and Bloom women's health programs, ensuring vendor performance, employee issue resolution, and alignment with health and well‑being strategy. Act as system lead for the benefits administration platform, including: Research and resolution of weekly error, drop, and audit reports (DHL Express & DHL Global Forwarding), ongoing troubleshooting of data feeds, eligibility transfers, and vendor file issues, and escalation and resolution of system configuration and data integrity concerns.
