The Senior Construction Project Manager is a highly accountable, senior-level individual contributor who takes full ownership of multiple concurrent projects throughout the entire lifecycle, including due diligence, design, construction documentation, preconstruction, construction, FF&E, and closeout. Proven success independently managing multiple projects, including larger programs, rollouts, tenant improvements, remodels, or ground-up construction, while delivering on schedule and within budget.
