Representing the University and the Design & Construction group, this position engages stakeholders such as occupant groups, Public Safety, and Facilities personnel and coordinates with architects, engineers, furniture vendors, construction managers, contractors, and city officials as required in connection with projects. In conjunction with and as directed by the Director of Design & Construction, the Capital Project Manager plans and executes small, high touch, and often high-priority projects, including small moves, furniture changes, minimal design and construction, site planning, utilities, and landscape improvements.
