The Superintendent II leads field operations on projects across Winter's hospitality, municipal, government, multifamily, and industrial markets, planning, supervising, and executing construction to ensure a safe, orderly, and efficient jobsite. As an experienced field leader, this role takes on larger, more complex projects, mentors field staff, and helps Winter win new work.
