Identify where marketing materials should be promoted.</li><li>Identify and join parent groups on social media platforms and promote OFJCC childcare programs.</li></ul>The Essentials:<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred</li><li>2 years of experience in youth program development preferred</li><li>Experience in community outreach, marketing, or public relations preferred</li><li>Ability to create and sustain positive working relationships at all levels; internal and external.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools is a plus</li><li>Passion for children’s programming and community outreach</li><li>Cleared Background Check (Fingerprints, Child Abuse Index Check and Medical/TB exam)</li><li>Pediatric First Aid and CPR Certified</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
