(Industry Experience Required) <div>Summary: Responsible for spreading the brand awareness of Q Quartz by visiting and performing product knowledge seminar to the customers. He/she coordinates with customers to maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials. Work Hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM, 1 Saturday(s) a month from 08:00 AM to 01:00 PM Seniority Level: Associate Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: This salaried, exempt position pays from $60,000 to $65,000 per year. The estimated annual pay for new hires generally ranges from $66,000 to $71,500 or more, depending on experience, education level and annual bonuses. To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to complete the following essential duties and responsibilities:<ul><li>Responsible for the promotion of the MSI Quartz products.</li><li>Visits builders, architects, designers, kitchen dealers for the purpose of promoting the products.</li><li>Performs product knowledge seminars at the customer’s location.</li><li>In charge of training the customer’s sales force on MSI product lines.</li><li>Accurately maintains customer database and generates sales reports as needed.</li><li>Attends trade shows, conventions, and other onsite seminars.</li><li>Consistently works with existing customers to retain and increase their business.</li><li>Coordinates with customers to maintain appropriate quantities of promotional materials.</li><li>Increases brand awareness through strategic placement of advertisement.</li><li>Performs additional duties as required and or requested.</li></ul>Additionally the candidate must meet the following education and/or experience requirements:<ul><li>High school education required; some college work completed preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years of related industry experience; natural stone, tile or hard flooring industries.</li><li>2 years of retail merchandising experience preferred</li><li>Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well-organized</li><li>Provide high level of customer service</li><li>Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive</li><li>Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel</li><li>Previous experience using iPad, iPhone or smart phones would be helpful</li><li>Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays</li><li>Willingness to travel, up to 50% of travelling required</li></ul>This role has the following physical demands:<ul><li>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
