Job Description Position Highlights: • Position: Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) - Nephrology and Hypertension • Location: Glenbrook Hospital • Full Time/Part Time: Full-Time, 40 hours per week • Hours: Monday - Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. • IF APPLICATBLE- No Weekends, No Evenings, No Call, No Holidays • Required Travel: N/A• Salary Pay Range: $111,000 - $145,000.
