Required Experience: Excellent language, terms, and definitions skills related to technical writing skills Digital web editing and copy writing related to information hierarchies, navigation and user interactions Business and communications consulting and facilitation across multiple business silos Minimum of 5 years’ experience Mastery of MS Office Experience with SharePoint programming Experience with Grammarly and similar writing/editing tools Consulting and facilitation skills, ability to work across business silos Experience in conducting user research (e.g., usability, card sorting, member panel testing) Masters in Information Design, Communications, or related.
