This role is responsible for ensuring the stable operation and support of the IT network, of all AV/Presentation equipment, and of all users’ PCs and peripherals, which include planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing hardware, software, and communication platforms. Execute successful IT onboarding experiences for all new employees: configuring equipment, partner with other IT colleagues to ensure network accounts are active, installing necessary software, setting up workstations, providing hands on IT Support as needed.
